STRENGTH Formats

  • Power Hour is a full-body strength endurance workout inspired by the energy and structure of group barbell training. Using light-to-moderate weights and higher repetitions, you’ll challenge every major muscle group through a series of motivating tracks designed to build strength, muscular endurance, and overall fitness.

  • Expect the unexpected in this high-energy Saturday workout where no two classes are ever the same. While each session is centered around cardiovascular conditioning, Anything Goes may include a mix of functional strength training, team challenges, partner workouts, circuits, relays, athletic drills, games, and creative fitness formats designed to keep things fresh and fun. This class is all about moving, sweating, and finishing the week strong while building endurance, improving overall fitness, and enjoying the energy of the group. Come ready for anything!
